Whether you’re just starting out on your yoga journey or are wanting to take your yoga practice to the next level, Blue House Yoga has the perfect yoga class for you.

Our yoga classes range from ‘absolute beginners’ to those with more advanced experience. We offer a variety of styles, including Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, and the more challenging practice of Yin Yang Yoga. We also provide instruction in Mindfulness Meditation techniques that help bring calmness to your life, reduce feelings of anxiety, and teach you to live in and appreciate the present moment.  Laura, your highly professional and experienced instructor, will guide you through each class, assisting you in finding balance and tranquility amidst the demands of everyday life.

We invite you to come along! Currently, our only class venue is located in the village of Elvaston on Sunday mornings. However, I also offer private one-to-one classes in your own home, and I’m excited to announce that we’ll soon be offering Garden Yoga in Alvaston. This will involve small groups and one-to-one yoga sessions in a private, relaxed setting with shelter and an ice bath.

Hello, I’m Laura House. Teaching yoga has been my passion for the past two years. However, my personal connection with yoga started 15 years ago, and I have been dedicated to practicing it every day since then.
